It is almost August.
I am almost 26. That is a little scary.
Scary ages aside, August means Tomato Season. That is a little wonderful.

- I am Abbie. I changed the way I spelled my name when I was thirteen because I liked the way it looked with an -ie. In college, I studied small children. I usually work with them, although this year I have taken a brief detour to pretend to be a scientist. This has not stopped me from talking about them a lot, much to the annoyance of my friends. Most of the time, I am rather boring. This is unfortunate for the readers of my blog, and I will try heartily to work on it in the future.
