Emma came over for dinner last night.
We ate baked ziti, and then, since I was in a celebratory mood, I made chocolate souffle. In mugs, because I don't have ramekins.
(I probably would have made chocolate souffle even if I was not in a celebratory mood. It's really quite delicious.)
Then she helped us change our lightbulbs. Emma's that kind of friend.

ReplyDeleteWhat a nice friend to have! I love taht you made chocolate souffle in mugs. I think I need some chocolate souffle in my life. Instead I made cupcakes with pretty sprinkles. They are quite good and my friends who came over last night thoroughly enjoyed them.
