Iced coffee tastes better in a Mason Jar.

You know what is ridiculous? How expensive iced coffee is. Somehow, I can get my mind around paying a markup for hot coffee, but paying for its iced counterpart just hurts my soul a little bit.
So I have taken to making my own cold-brewed coffee. It's so easy, and mixed with ice cubes and milk in a mason jar, it's the perfect way to start my day.

  1. Yay! My fiance makes his own iced coffee too! I once even found a coffee pot in the freezer. That was a bit much...

  2. By the way - did you take that picture? It's actually quite pretty with the sun reflecting through the glass.

  3. I keep meaning to try cold brewing. I've done it with tea, but somehow the idea of doing it with coffee intimidates me. I need to try though, iced coffee is the way to go all summer, no way can I drink a hot liquid when it's 7am and it's already hot in the house. And that will be happening in what about 3 days?

  4. Delish! I love iced coffee with all my heart, especially when it's made at home. When you buy it, you're paying for half ice - total rip off!
